We are looking for an organised and detail-driven Bookkeeper to manage the company’s day-to-day financial records and support monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process daily financial transactions accurately
- Upload bank statements and allocate income and expenses
- Perform monthly bank, creditor, and debtor reconciliations
- Manage petty cash and cash sales reconciliations
- Prepare and issue monthly client statements and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Process supplier payments and clear control accounts
- Assist with VAT and Import VAT calculations and submissions on ITAS
- Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes
- Monitor cash flow and assist with payment planning
- Support budgeting and basic financial analysis as required
Requirements:
- Certificate or diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or relevant experience)
- Experience with reconciliations, creditors, debtors, and VAT
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines
