- Mobile or WhatsApp number associated with your communications with Barco Packaging
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request.
What Happens After Your Request
Once your request has been verified, Barco Packaging Solutions (Pty) Ltd will delete or anonymise personal information that we are not required to retain for legitimate business, contractual, accounting, tax, regulatory or legal purposes.
Where information must be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes, access to that information will be restricted and the information will be deleted when the applicable retention period expires.
We will confirm the outcome of your deletion request using the contact information supplied by you.
Meta and WhatsApp Data
If you have communicated with Barco Packaging through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business Platform, you may use the same procedure to request deletion of information held within Barco Packaging’s systems.
Please note that information independently held or controlled by Meta, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp is subject to the privacy policies and deletion procedures of those organisations.
